Of the 13 teenagers surveyed this fall, seven indicated they had been baptized since coming to Christ’s Haven
Three out of four teenagers say they can talk to their houseparents about spiritual issues
Emotional Growth:
Seven out of ten children at Christ’s Haven for Children exhibit higher emotional security than foster children at other settings
Academic Progress:
80% of the children at Christ’s Haven achieved a B average or better on their grades
96% of students demonstrated either excellent or satisfactory rating in their classroom behavior reports
Relationships with Parents and Families:
Over 95% of parents are happy with Christ’s Haven’s services to their children
Over 95% of parents believe that the houseparents have effectively helped their child
Home-Life Stability:
While Child Protective Services move children on average 3 times, during the same period of time, our children are not moved at all
Children at Christ’s Haven for Children remain in the same home experiencing stability and the resulting feelings of security, necessary for healthy development
