FACILITIES MANAGER

Full Time Position

Four Bedroom Home on Campus Provided

Keller School District

Requirements:

• General responsibility for maintenance of physical structures: buildings, appliances, grounds, pool, motor vehicles, fence, etc.

• General knowledge of maintenance practices: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, upkeep of buildings, vehicle maintenance.

• General knowledge of grounds equipment use and repair.

• General knowledge of ranch operations: livestock, fence, tractor, welding.

• Must be self-starting, able to work alone, carry out assigned tasks in timely fashion.

• Must be able to deal with physically demanding work and be able to lift 75 lbs or more.

• Must be able to coordinate and communicate with volunteers, manage work activities…good communication and supervisory skills.

• Must possess strong Christian character.

• Will be required to work some weekends for special events.

• Minimum of High School education or GED.

• Mandatory Background Check and Drug Test

HOUSEPARENTS

Occasionally Christ's Haven for Children is in need of houseparents. Consider joining our team at a growing children’s ministry in North Fort Worth by Keller, TX. For over 53 years Christ’s Haven for Children has provided a safe and loving home for displaced children. With 5 primary residential cottage homes on our 156-acre ranch-style campus, we are looking for a married couple who are faithful members of the Church of Christ to care for up to 8 school-age children in this peaceful setting.

BENEFITS: A van, 401-K plan, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance are provided to the salaried house mom. The possibility exists to hire the husband with like benefits. The mom only starting salary is $18,000 - $20,000 annually. If the couple is hired, their joint salary will be $30,000 - $35,000 annually. Housing, utilities, food, and gasoline are provided, along with 1 week relief every 5 weeks with the children. Moving allowance considered.
